How to Register for School

Students may register year-around at the school they'll be attending. Offices will be closed from July to mid-August. See our Calendar for first day of school schedules.

Additional documentation will be needed by EACH school. Please contact the school your student will attend for additional forms and information provided in the links below.

Pre-School

Birth-to-Three

Special Education component, which is primarily home-based, with center- based Toddler Group sessions twice a month.

Three-to-Five

To qualify for the Pre-School program, a child must be three years old by August 31.  

Classes for three to five year olds are half day, AM and PM, Tuesday through Friday. 

There are three components to the 3 – 5 year old programs. They are:

  • Special Education – (student qualifies for special services)
  • ECEAP – (state funded- income based)
  • Co-op Preschool – (private pay)

Preschool Registration

Kindergarten

Students entering kindergarten must be five years old on or before August 31st. Children attending kindergarten attend an all-day kindergarten program.

Required Documents:

  • Documentation to establish student's age and residency (religious, hospital or physicians certificate showing date of birth, entry in a family bible, adoption record, an affidavit from a parent, a birth certificate or previously verified school records)
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Address (a current utility bill works if it's within a month's span)

Kindergarten Registration


Elementary Schools

Required Documents:

  • Documentation to establish student's age and residency (religious, hospital or physicians certificate showing date of birth, entry in a family bible, adoption record, an affidavit from a parent, a birth certificate or previously verified school records)
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Address (a current utility bill works if it's within a month's span)

North Registration
East Registration

Secondary School:

Required Documents:

  • Documentation to establish student's age and residency (religious, hospital or physicians certificate showing date of birth, entry in a family bible, adoption record, an affidavit from a parent, a birth certificate or previously verified school records)
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Address (a current utility bill works if it's within a month's span)
  • Withdrawal sheet or report card from previous school
  • Unofficial transcript (high schools)
